Terms of Use

These terms apply to tmlworkspace.com, the TML Workspace dashboard at app.tmlworkspace.com, and the report and check-in pages people reach by scanning a Workspace customer’s QR code (served from tickets.themaintenanceline.com). They are run by The Maintenance Line LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota, Florida (“TML”).

1. Customers have a separate agreement

Companies that subscribe to TML Workspace are governed by the TML Workspace Subscription Agreement they accept when their account is set up. If these terms conflict with it, the TML Workspace Subscription Agreement controls.

2. What TML Workspace is

TML Workspace is software. Each Workspace customer runs its own business under its own name and uses its own vendors. TML does not dispatch on Workspace accounts and does not pick, vet, dispatch or pay any vendor. The screens show the customer’s name and logo with a small “Powered by TML” technology credit. That credit does not mean TML provides, endorses or is responsible for the customer’s services.

3. If you report a problem or log a cleaning at a Workspace property

You are using a tool provided to the company that manages that property. That company, not TML, receives your report and decides what to do about it. For gas, fire, smoke, or danger to people, call 911 or the utility first. Give accurate information, and photograph only the problem or the empty room, with no people in the picture.

4. Early access

The early-access form on tmlworkspace.com opens your email app to send your details to us. Asking for early access does not create a subscription or any obligation. Offers shown on the site are subject to the TML Workspace Subscription Agreement in effect when your account is set up.

5. No business promises

Nothing on this site promises that you will earn income or succeed in business by using TML Workspace. TML Workspace comes with no territory, business training, marketing program, leads or customers.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t break the law, submit false or abusive reports, upload anything harmful, try to access other accounts, interfere with the service, or copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it.

7. Ownership

The site, the software, and the TML and TML Workspace names and logos belong to TML. Customer names and logos belong to their owners. Nothing on this site gives you a right to use TML’s names or logos.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, TML disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For visitors who are not customers, TML’s total liability related to the site is limited to $100.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by Florida law, and any dispute will be heard in the state courts of Sarasota County or Manatee County, Florida.
